Creamy Double Chocolate Ice Cream for Weight Loss
Craving for some super chocolaty ice cream? Why not try and make it at home with ingredients you probably already have at hand? This ice cream recipe is great for weight loss, as you can eat it guilt-free and not gain any pounds.

There is no added sugar or fat, except from those natural sugars from the banana, trust me, this recipe has all you need to satisfy your cravings!
All you need is bananas, almond milk, vanilla extract, dark chocolate chips, and cocoa powder.
I love making this recipe instead of buying store-bought chocolate ice cream full of fat and calories.
It is a super easy recipe, the only time consuming thing is waiting for the ice cream to freeze before serving 🙂
Creamy Double Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas (you can use fresh, and freeze it all after)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a blender except for the dark chocolate chips. Blend for a minute until it looks creamy and soft.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir nicely. Transfer to a freezer safe dish for at least an hour before serving.
