Delicious Banana Chocolate Ice Cream Pops to Satisfy Your Sugar Cravings

Published

We officially welcome summer with these delicious banana chocolate ice-cream pops!

I have a lot more ideas for ice-cream pops in mind, so if bananas are not really your thing, stick around and tune in for more ice-pop recipes.

These banana chocolate ice-cream pops are so creamy and delicious, you won’t even know you are eating some wholesome, vegan ice cream. These are a real treat and a delicious dessert during the hot summer days. Super easy to make, these ice cream pops will only take 15 minutes of your time!

When it comes to the molds, I was using silicone ones, however, if you don’t have those at home, plastic molds will do the job too.

The recipe is really simple and you can get creative and experiment (I suggest a few options below, as you can see).

Banana Chocolate Ice Cream Pops

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter (or any other nut butter)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey, agave)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any other plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 dark chocolate (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until everything is combined and thick.
  • Add the mixture into the molds and leave in the freezer at least 3-4 hours before serving.
  • If you want to spice them up, melt some chocolate and pour on top before serving.

What do you think of this recipe? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
