Trust me when I say this latte will definitely be your favorite drink during the hot weather! It’s not only refreshing, but contains super healthy ingredients that will boost your health!

This awesome fat-burning latte contains collagen powder that will protect your skin from oxidative damage and free radicals and will treat it with anti-oxidants internally.

It also contains curcumin powder, an active ingredient found in turmeric that will help you support your body’s inflammatory response. Adding turmeric in this latte will also add a ton of color and flavor to this latte.

Finally, the coconut oil and vanilla will give this drink a sweet and rich taste, perfect for drinking it under the hot sun.

Coconut Turmeric Collagen Latte

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces refrigerated coconut milk
  • 4 ounces refrigerated oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed collagen
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom

Instructions

  • Heat milks over medium heat and whisk in remaining ingredients. Increase heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. If desired, strain out spices through a fine-mesh sieve. Pour latte into an ice-filled glass, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top, and enjoy.
