Healthy Blueberry Coconut Oatmeal Smoothie (Tastes Like Dessert)

If you are following my blog, you know I like to combine protein, fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants into my smoothies for the perfect powerful smoothie option! This recipe combines all of that goodness into a smoothie that you will for sure make more than once!
This coconut oatmeal smoothie is perfect for breakfast, but you can also make it as a snack on the go! As it is super creamy and thick, you can make it a smoothie bowl and top with granola, coconut flakes, and some extra berries!
Healthy Blueberry Coconut Oatmeal Smoothie
Servings 2
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Add the oats in a blender and process until you get a flour-like mixture.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until smooth.
- Serve immediately! Enjoy!
