Healthy Creamy Semolina Cookies that Melt in Your Mouth

Preparing a snack at home takes no time at all, at least for this delicious cookie recipe. This recipe is kid-friendly and tastes like heaven.
There are many healthy desserts that are not baked and that take less than 15 minutes, such as these creamy honey mini cookies with semolina.
Healthy Creamy Semolina Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup nuts mix (I added hazelnuts, almonds, and cashews)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 5 tbsp boiled semolina
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp nut butter (I used nut mix butter)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together, the nuts need to be finely ground, and the semolina cooked in a standard way only with water (not too much water to be thicker).You can form the cookies with your hands and make the shape you want. I wanted to save time so I used a silicone cookie mold.Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder in half of the mixture to make a black / white combination.
- If you want to be a little extra, spread some nut butter or tahini on top and pop them in the fridge for an hour before serving.
These semolina cookies are too good! Great for snacks and for children over 1 year who already eat honey and nuts 😊
