Healthy Ricotta Honey and Banana Toast
This is one of those breakfasts I don’t do often, but I actually love very much. The other day I had time, and I longed for this sweet morning meal.

I had all the ingredients, and the preparation process is more than simple.
The family members were just as happy, and the breakfast was gone in literally 5 minutes. All together it was very sweet and delicious, and I recommend you to try it!
Healthy Ricotta Honey and Banana on Toast
Servings 2
Ingredients
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
- 4 Tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 banana
- a handful of ground nuts (optional, for topping)
- a teaspoon of cinnamon (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Combine the ricotta and vanilla and stir until the ingredients are combined and a soft cream is formed. Add honey and mix briefly.
- In the meantime, toast the bread, coat it with the resulting cream, place a few slices of banana on the surface and sprinkle with your favorite nuts and cinnamon.
