This cashew chocolate yogurt will remind you of the creamiest and most delicious smoothie that you just can’t stop drinking until there’s no more left. I am so proud of this creation as it is literally one of the tastiest recipes I’ve made.

This breakfast in a cup is very practical and is prepared in less than 1 minute and it is best you can pack it and take it with you to work or wherever you go.

How to prepare this cashew chocolate yogurt breakfast?

All you need to do is blend all ingredients in a blender and pour it into your favorite cup! You will get thick and very tasty chocolate yogurt which is great for those days when you are in a hurry in the morning and do not have time to prepare a meal. Trust me, you will drink it in seconds!

  • 1/3 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for at least 4 hours)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp honey for sweetness (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until you get a creamy homogeneous mixture. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
