Homemade Raspberry Protein Ice Cream
While many of you might call this “frozen yogurt” rather than ice cream, I still insist on this name because this combination is the perfect substitute for ice cream!

After all, the name is the least important. Taste is important, and it is fantastic in this recipe!
Smooth, creamy, refreshing and healthy, what else do you need this summer?
Homemade Raspberry Protein Ice Cream
Servings 3
Ingredients
- 500 ml Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops whey protein (I used vanilla-flavored)
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup raspberries plus extra for topping
- a handful of oat flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Line a deeper baking tray with parchment paper. Or, you can also use silicone ice cube trays, and don't add any parchment paper.
- In a blender add yogurt, protein, honey and raspberries and blend until nice and creamy. Pour it into the tray/ice cube trays, sprinkle with oat flakes and and raspberries and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
