Kid-Friendly Healthy Mini Cheesecakes (7+ Months)

Published

on

Ever since I have my 9 months old baby to dictate the pace of the day, I rarely find time to experiment with food and think of new suggestions for it, so  I always go with practical baby meal variants that are already tested and tried.

However, this time I left some space to prepare something different for him, which is 7 months + so I came across this amazing recipe on the internet which turned out to be a great dessert.

In general, what I like most about the recipes is that they are made quickly, otherwise I do not even like them 😆 So I went ahead with this easy dessert, which I believe you and your little ones will like.

This recipe is easy and does not take time at all, so give it a try and let me know your thoughts in the comments below!

Kid-Friendly Healthy Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground baby biscuits
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit blended

Instructions

  • Mix the biscuits with the coconut oil until the mixture is well combined. Fill the cups with biscuits at the bottom, the add the sour cream in the middle (for larger babies you can also use whole cream) and on top the topping if desired.
I used plums, avocados, nectarines and bananas, that I have previously blended together in a blender until they became thick and smooth. Or, you can use frozen fruits as well.

Your babies will love it, and I am sure you’ll make it more than once!
