Low-Calorie Delicious Spinach Pie
This delicious spinach pie is the perfect blend of spinach, wholemeal flour, quinoa and eggs.

Low-Calorie Delicious Spinach Pie
Ingredients
- 400 gr boiled spinach finely chopped
- 3 tbsp boiled quinoa
- 3 tbsp Rye flour
- 3 tbsp oats
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4-5 chopped mushrooms (optional)
- a handful of finely chopped leeks
- salt, pepper to taste
- a little bit of sesame seeds on top (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together. When you get a homogeneous mixture, pour the mixture into a large baking tray, sprinkle sesame sesame seeds on top if desired.Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C, or 350 F, for about 20 minutes, if you want crispier you can bake a few minutes longer.
