Fat Burning
Mediterranean Homemade Olive Paste Spread (Low-Calorie, Vegan)
If you want to improve your health and get as much “healthy fat” in your body as possible, consume olives and olive oil regularly.
Olives contain vitamins A, E and K, they also contain vitamin B1, B3, B6 and folic acid. They are rich in magnesium, potassium and calcium, but most importantly they are rich in “healthy fats” that primarily protect the cardiovascular system.

This olive paste spread is a very popular Mediterranean recipe, particularly in Greece. There, they serve it as an appetizer with some freshly baked crunchy bread and of course, feta cheese.
Let me tell you, this olive paste spread is so delicious I can eat it with everything. Ever since I made it, it has been on my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack menu. My whole family loves it, and eats it with literally everything.
My favorite snack is some vegan rice cakes and olive paste spread on top. Yummmm! 🙂
