Slimming Detox Water to Energize Your Body
I’ve been making flavored water for a while now, and I’ve noticed how much better I feel both inside and out. Not only do I intake bigger amounts of water and flush toxins out of my body, but I feel amazing and full of energy too!

I like to experiment with fruits and herbs and make the best flavored water that I can share with you! This recipe is one of my ultimate favorite slimming detox waters that I make 2-3 times a week. The combination of flavors is simply delicious and it is full of vitamins and anti-oxidants that help cleanse the body and make you feel lighter and energized.
Of course, you should not expect magic and weight loss immediately, however, try to incorporate this water at least daily, and make sure to have a balanced meals throughout the day! You’ll see the results if you are determined and efficient!
Slimming Detox Water
Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- 1 cucumber
- 3 1/2 inch fresh ginger slices
- 25 mint leaves
- 4-6 cups ice
- water (adjust more or less according to taste)
Instructions
- Slice the fruit and the cucumbers into thin slices.
- In a large container or beverage dispenser line the fruits, cucumber slices, and ice.
- Top with 1 gallon of cold water.
- Let it steep for at least 45 minutes to an hour.
- ENJOY!
