Super Easy to Make Cookie Dough Dip

Healthy and nutritious doesn’t have to be boring! Actually, it’s so fun once you start practicing healthy eating!

Now, you have probably bought cookie dough from the supermarket and just ate it raw. Have you checked the sugar content on the back? Yuck!

Let me present you a lot healthier version, super easy to make, delicious and no raw egg to worry about!

Cookie Dough Dip

Servings 6

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (or 1/4 cup granulated stevia)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp tahini (optional)
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 40 gr dark chocolate (at least 85% of cacao)

Instructions

  • Add the chickpeas, sweetener, vanilla, tahini, coconut cream, cinnamon and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste for sweetness, and add more if desired.
  • Cut small chocolate chunks from the dark chocolate and stir half of the chocolate chunks into the cookie dough.
  • Add it into a bowl and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chunks on top.
  • Recommended serving: Apple and pear slices. (You can add any fruit you like)
