Super Healthy and Easy 2-Ingredient Ice Cream
From the series of light desserts, this is the easiest, super delicious, creamy ice cream made with only 2 ingredients!
If you have sweet-tooth cravings and want to make some easy and very quick dessert, then this one is the right for you!

Super Healthy and Easy 2-Ingredient Ice Cream
Servings 2
Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- frozen fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the banana and yogurt and put the mixture in a bowl (if you have a silicone mold it will be super easy to remove, and you can also in muffin molds).Finally add the fruit and leave it to freeze for about 2-3 hours, do not take too long so that the fruit does not become too hard.I put peaches, apricots (chopped into small cubes) and homemade raspberries. The second time I put blueberries instead of raspberries.
Refreshing, low-calorie, delicious and cold!
