The Best 3 Fat-Burning Smoothies for Ultimate Weight Loss Results

Upon starting my weight loss journey I did a full research on ingredients, nutrients, calorie counting, etc. I have to admit, breakfast was the hardest meal for me because no matter what I ate, after half an hour or so, I was starving and usually ended up eating much bigger portions for lunch than I should have.

Therefore, the results were not satisfying. That was the moment when I decided it’s time to make my own formula for a nutrient loaded breakfast that will keep me full until lunch. I started building up hundreds of smoothie recipes and finally came up with the my favorite three that are super rich in nutrients and anti-oxidants and kept me full for a couple of hours.

If you decide to follow my three fat burning smoothie recipes, you will for sure notice a difference in your weight. Of course, you need to follow a well-balanced lunch and dinner in order to lose weight.

For ultimate results, I would recommend drinking the smoothie half an hour after waking up!

Green Delight Fat-Burning Smoothie

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup leafy greens (baby spinach leaves, kale, collard greens, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, but recommended)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth! Enjoy immediately!

 

Vanilla-Berry Protein Smoothie

Servings 3

Ingredients

  • 1 quart plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces frozen strawberries or blueberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add half of each of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Add the remaining half and blend again.
  • Serve and store for later in the refrigerator.

 

Spirulina Fat-Burning Smoothie

Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanila vegan protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp spirulina

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
