THE BEST Homemade Millet Tahini Granola
Crispy, irresistible and very practical. This is exactly what this granola tastes like.

From a nutritional point of view, it is a perfect nutritional bomb for a great and balanced start to the day.
You can prepare it on Sunday and have your breakfast ready for the whole week.

Breakfast with it is ready in 1 minute, mix only 4-5 tablespoons of granola, add yogurt or milk, you can add some plant-based milk and even orange juice. You can also add some fruit if you wish. I love blueberries and that’s why I definitely add them.

Homemade Millet Tahini Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup raw millet
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- juice of half an orange
- handful of raisins (optional)
- handful of cranberry (optional)
- handful of dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, first mix the dry ingredients (oatmeal, millet, chia seeds, flaxseed and sesame)
- Put honey, tahini, almond butter and coconut oil in a small saucepan and melt them, or combine them with steam on medium-low heat. Add the liquid mixture to the dry and stir well. Squeeze ½ orange juice and add it.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, but when you add the granola, reduce it immediately to 250 degrees F, depending on how strong the oven is and dry it for about 30-35 minutes. You can occasionally stir with a spoon.Take it out and leave it to cool. Collect it in a glass jar and enjoy every new morning!
