I mean, who doesn’t love a good guac? Plus, this guac recipe is an awesome way to sneak in more veggies into your kids meals, they won’t even notice it!

And don’t worry if you don’t manage to eat it, you can store it in the fridge and it won’t turn brown because of a secret ingredient! Lime juice, believe it or not it keeps the avocado from turning brown!

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped sauerkraut

Instructions

  • Cook the peas in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.

You can make it beforehand and serve it for a party, family gathering or eat it like a snack all by yourself! I love eating it with some organic carrots or chips!
