Vegan Raspberry Banana Nice Cream for a Healthy Afternoon Treat

This is by far the best recipe I’ve tried, as you can both use it as a breakfast or an afternoon treat. It’s super easy to make and is ready in just 5 minutes. And the best part – it is made with only 3 ingredients that are clean and organic. Yet the flavor….amazing! 🙂

Some of my friends who tried the ice-cream classified it as a smoothie bowl, you can serve it as a breakfast bowl, or wait until after lunch and have your delicious sweet ice-cream treat.

You only need bananas, raspberries, and filtered water! That’s it!

Vegan Raspberry Banana Nice Cream

Total Time 5 minutes
Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 3 cups organic banana pieces (frozen)
  • 2 1/2 cups raspberries (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup water (filtered/purified)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy.

NOTE: You’ll want the bananas to be spotted as this will give your ice-cream an extra sweetness!
