4 Healthy Non-Alcoholic Cocktails for Your Summer Party

The hot summer days are already in full glory. You certainly wouldn’t refuse a nice refreshing cocktail.

Take advantage of the seasonal summer fruits and prepare delicious summer refreshments in less than 5 minutes. Sounds amazing, right?

In addition to not enriching your diet, they will replenish you with the vitamins and minerals your body needs during hot days.

You can also share these summer cocktails with your children, so that you can make them drink healthy drinks in an interesting way. Or, make a nice kid-friendly party and enjoy these cocktails with your kids and friends!

Kid-Friendly Pina-Colada

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp stevia (or 1 tsp honey)
  • sprinkle of coconut flakes
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together and blend for a few minutes in a blender. Serve the cocktail in a cocktail glass with ice cubes. Finally, sprinkle a little coconut flakes and decorate with a slice of pineapple.

Forest Fruit Pleasure

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen forest fruit (or frozen berries mix)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix for a few minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture. Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes and decorate as desired.

Green Bomb

Ingredients

  • 1/2 green apple
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 piece fresh ginger root (peeled)
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Put the apple, lemon juice and ginger in a blender and mix well. Then add the mineral water and serve the cocktail in a cold glass with ice cubes. Decorate as desired.

Watermelon Refreshener

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced watermelon
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Put the watermelon, honey and lime juice in a blender and mix well. Finally add the mineral water and ice cubes. Decorate as desired.
