If you follow me for a while you know that I like to prove to you that delicious recipes and desserts can be made in a healthy way too! Actually, some of the best desserts I’ve tried are sugar-free, flour-free, vegan, paleo, and plant-based.

Homemade healthy chocolate almond butter…sounds tempting, right? So delicious that it will win you over after the first bite. All you need is your determination and a little time.

This healthy butter is prepared in less than 15 minutes and can be a great substitute for high-calorie spreads and butter.

You can eat it with banana slices, spread it on healthy wholemeal bread, with wholemeal cakes, or you can also use it as a pancake spread.
