Creamy and Delicious: 4-Ingredient Coffee Almond Butter

Sometimes we are not even aware of how home-made healthy spreads and butters can be made very quickly, both fine and healthy. This one made of almonds and coffee is just one of those examples.

Only four ingredients and a good blender can do a miracle, more precisely a divine butter from which you will not be able to separate so easily, neither you nor your plate. Here’s how to prepare it in just ten minutes.

4-Ingredient Coffee Almond Butter

Servings: 2
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups toasted and salted almonds
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons peanut oil

Procedure:

  1. Salt the almonds and bake them in the oven for a few minutes until golden brown, then grind them finely in a blender until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Add the coffee and honey in the paste and continue to blend.
  3. Gradually pour in the oil and check the texture and flavor. Transfer the mixture to a clean jar and store in the refrigerator.
  4. Serve it with some crackers, fruits, or anything of your choice!
