Delicious Keto Cream Cheese Muffins

Well, sometimes we need something like that, right? These cream cheese muffins are not only healthy but also delicious, and you can eat them without thinking about how many calories you have ingested, or feeling guilty afterwards.

You only need a few ingredients, minimal effort to prepare and a few minutes to bake. You will spend the rest of the time eating them and enjoying. Good appetite!

Delicious Keto Cream Cheese Muffins

Servings: 4
Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol or stevia if desired
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, blend the cream cheese with the egg, lemon juice, vanilla and coconut oil. Then add the sweetener and once again mix everything well.
  2. Slowly add the coconut flour until you get the consistency of a cake mix. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  3. Place paper cups in a muffin tin, pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake them for 6-7 minutes, then press them a little with a fork and bake for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve warm!
