The Best Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe (creamy & smooth)
I can freely say that breakfast is the most important meal for a good start to the day. Proper and well-balanced breakfast can contribute to your health improvements. Here is an interesting, quick and very delicious recipe for preparing chia pudding.
This chocolate chia pudding will provide you with energy for the whole day. It is rich in many nutrients such as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, magnesium (about 200 mg per day), potassium (about 700 mg – one third of daily needs). You will also get enough fiber (about 25 mg) to help digest food better.

The Best Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 9-10 aronia berries or blueberries
- pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- 1 cup water (200 ml cup)
Instructions
- In a saucepan add the water and wait until it becomes lukewarm, but not boiling. At this point add chia seeds, flaxseed, honey, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Stir well and remove from heat. Let it set for about 20 minutes. Then add the sliced banana, berries and coconut oil.
- Decorate as desired. Serve and enjoy!
