3 Ways to Make the Best Healthy Chia Pudding

All of us who have listened to the advice of experts and competent institutions to stay at home and not go out, face one “problem”, and that is the excess of free time. I use it to do things I don’t normally get around to, and that’s completing a series of online courses I’ve always wanted, watching Tv shows and movies, reading books, and preparing new recipes.

Among the desserts that are “win-win”, chia pudding always holds a high place for me. It is a dessert whose preparation is ready in 5 minutes, which is nutritionally very rich and has an excellent taste. An additional advantage of eating chia pudding is that you can make a different chia pudding every day, so every day you have the feeling that you are eating a new, delicious dessert.
