5 Easy & Delicious Recipes With Strawberries

Strawberries are a favorite fruit of all generations. So small, and so powerful and delicious. Strawberries are full of antioxidants and are important guardians of our health. Just 100 g of strawberries have only 30 calories and only 8 g of sugars, of which 2 g are insoluble fiber. 100 g of strawberries a day meets 100% of the daily needs for vitamin C.

To use the strawberry season, we have prepared 5 quick, easy and healthy recipes that will not take you more than 10 minutes to prepare.

1. Delicious Chia pudding with strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 50-100 ml of water

Method of preparation:

Put all ingredients in a blender, mix well and then leave in the fridge for about 1 hour.

2. Creamy Oatmeal with strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 200 ml almond milk or water (recipe is with almond milk)
  • 1 cup finely chopped strawberries

Method of preparation:

Soak the oats in water or almond milk and add the honey. Let them soak in the milk for about 20 minutes. Then add the finely chopped strawberries, mix and enjoy.

3. Refreshing smoothie with strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries

Method of preparation:

Put in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

4. Delicious Strawberry spread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted cashews (soaked in water for at least 2 hours)
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method of preparation:

Discard the water in which the cashews were soaked and put them in a blender together with the strawberries and honey. Mix well and store in a jar. This is a great spread for breakfast or snack along with wholemeal bread or wholemeal crackers.

5. Healthy ice cream with yogurt and strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Method of preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and then leave the ice cream in the freezer for about 2 hours.
